i apologize profusely for letting this control waste away. i've been busy with work/lack of work and other things. i'm currently working on my other sites, prefix.teddywino.com (.net development) and teddywino.com (indigent genius), which takes up most of my time now.

my plans for the next jQuery Combobox is to write it for jQuery 1.3 and jQuery UI Theme integration and for it to be finally a fully functional combobox.

i promise to start working on this in the new year and with regular posts and updates of progress.

but enough of the excuses, time to start researching and to make it right.

there was a major flaw in the exposure of public functions.
this version hopefully fixes them and exposes the update() function as requested.

For now, the latest version is only available in the updated 0.1.2.6 sample and live version.

i've managed to fix a couple of the major bugs and have packaged a sample site for downloading.

i do not have enough time to update the examples on this site because the newer version - 0.1.2.5 - does break existing code.

i'll try to have everything updated to the newer version, both site and downloads.

P.S the example crashes IE 6 sp2. i think it's to do with the dynamic stylesheet swapping!

i was supposed to have released the updated version with fixes, enhancements and copyright notice, but unfortunately I've discovered some major problems with jquery combobox.

when I was creating a new examples page to show off all the features, I've noticed it does not work with multiple jquery comboboxes on the same page.  I'm currently busy with work but I'll try to fix them as soon as possible.

i've added a dual licence to jquery.combobox.

it is now licensed under both MIT and GPL, so you can use whichever best suits your situation.

i'll be updating the combobox code soon with many changes and fixes and it will include the copyright as well.
